Do you practice Yoga? Have you heard of the term Yoga before? If not then Yoga is an exercise that helps you get rid of many diseases without medication or less medication. It helps in improving concentration and to unite with yourself. It generally involved meditation and concentration. So do you practice Yoga and has it proved beneficial to you or not? Share your views here? Personally, I think Yoga is good for health and should be regularly practiced.

I love yoga. It is great for the mind and stress relief. I enjoy it after working a very long day. It like pilates and power yoga, if I am looking to tone up and burn more calories. I think yoga is a very good way to start the day as well. I could not imagine life without my yoga sessions. It makes me a much happier, stress free person and I can't say enough about it.

Now a days people are becoming a good fan of Yogas to keep stresses away. I too do yogas daily but I can't do all types of yogas as I'm learning yogas from few months only. Most of the diseases can curred easily by regularly practicing yogas.

How important is yoga clothing? Where do you get it?

Yoga clothing is important for a handful of reasons. However, it isn't absolutely critical to doing yoga; you can practice yoga in your gym shorts and a t-shirt. The catch is, the more comfortable and the more fitted the clothes are and the better the quality of the material is, the better off you will be when it comes to doing yoga. Generally yoga specific clothes are suited best for yoga.

Comfort is the most important thing to consider when selecting yoga clothing. You will be dong a lot of bending and stretching in your yoga clothes. It only makes since that the clothes are comfortable when you bend and stretch. Furthermore, you need to be able to concentrate and meditate when you practice yoga. It will be hard to concentrate if you are restricted by ill-fitting clothes or you are self-conscious because your shorts are displaying more of you than you wish to display.

No i do not practice yoga. But i think it is a great art of keeping yourself fit and healthy. I brought some books on Yoga from a liberary but soon i realised that i will be requiring a yoga instructor to learn it perfectly.

Yoga is into existence since centuries. I think its the best way to keep all the diseases away. I have been practicing yoga since about 2 yrs and am very happy with the result.

i totally agree with you. i am doing yoga regularly .yoga help us in many ways in developing concentration,keeping body fit,it makes us more health.i have experience all the thing which i have mentioned there is really true.all of try to learn yoga.but one thing you cant learn yoga without practicing a lot.
