Following are the Health tips :

- Avoid smoking. It contributes to heartburn and damage digestive system.
- Quite alcohol. It creates heavy heartburn.
- Do good regular exercises
- Do not eat late at night & don't lie down right after eating.

to maintain a good health, one must work out and do meditation
also eating a healthy diet is a must as well
staying healthy is the need for today and only a healthy person can contribute to a country's growth

to maintain a good health, working out for atleast 1 hour a day or doing yoga early morning is very important
a simple way to remain healthy and look good is to drink as much water as you can when you wake up

Some good tips there.

Avoiding smoking, caffeine, alcohol best possible.

Eating a diet rich in fruit, vegetables and whole foods will be the base of your health protection.

Exercising daily is a must also, it will keep your heart and circulatory system as healthy as possible.

Juicing fruit and vegetables mainly the latter is about the best preventive tool we could all add to our diet. It will protect you of chronic health diseases and keep you in tip top shape.

A far infrared sauna is also good if you replace the minerals that are depleted during a session. It will flush toxins out the skin brilliantly much deeper and better than regular saunas.

- Drinking enough water.
- regular exercise.
- Proper diet.
- good sleep.
- No vices such as smoking , drinking.

-> having a nutritious diet is the best way to be healthy
-> doing regular workouts like walking, swimming, going to gym, playing a out door sports, etc are a few ways
-> early to bed early to rise - means to lot when it comes to health because both mind and body need proper rest.
-> taking care of your skin is also important as it is the largest organ of human body
- . going for regular medical checks helps to find out about any disease at its root level only
