i sit and go blank for sometime,then i think what do i do next, depending on the cause of the stress.if i can do anything about it,i plan, if i can't, i hand it over to Jesus. believe me, it works.

I started meditating about a year ago and I have seen great improvement in my health especially in the way I think and analyze things. Meditation is a great way to calm your spirit and to focus on reality and life.

Regular meditation is one of the keys to long life. Meditation helps you physically and psychologically. medication returns your body to its balanced point which is very critical to long life.

I meditate about for about an hour every single day and it is very helpful. I feel very strong both spiritually and physically and I recommend it for anybody wants to live good. meditation really works

meditation works and it heals faster than any medication or drug. Meditation is like a holistic doctor who treats the entire human being not just the body but also the spirit and the soul. There is no disease or sickness meditation cannot heal. There is real power in regular meditation and I encourage you all to make it part of your daily lives.

you are right. I agree with you. I meditate all the time even in the train. somebody may ask how can you meditate in the train? well, once I am meditating I forget about all the outside noise and concentrate on my reality. you can meditate anywhere at anytime and it really helps

To overcome the strees a short break during the work is always necessary, but the more important is your working place as it should be environment friendly. As the good environment always leads to good health and reduce the stress.
