As long your health is concerned, the answer is TEA.
Tea has theophyllin and theobromin. These make an elevation of the cAMP level in the endothelial tissues. This causes for vasodilataion and prevents ischaemic heart disease and heart attacks. Coffee has Caffeine. It causes addiction towards to it. |
