Husband and wife swapping or in Short "Swinging"

When i speak of husband and wife swapping yes i do mean in a sexual context. Commonly advocated in the 17 century in Europe especially in Prague, Czech republic. Earlier Swinging meant specifically "Wife swapping" but was later, due to sensitivity over this, used to encompass both male and female.
Common in the UK i know, but don't know much about the U.S. though.
Basically you and your meet up in another swingers house along with other swingers and you all share each others spouses.
In fact the Roman's practiced this 2000 years ago.

Just wanted to get everyone's view on the subject. They seem to be strict on protection etc so i don't, in my opinion, have a problem with them.

It is weird but it does happen in this day too. I watched a show recently (Opera Winfrey) and about four couples agreed to doing this just to "spice up" their marriages and the question I keep on asking myself is this, Is it wrong to marry 3 or 4 wives especially when you know for sure that one or two wives aren't enough for you? and also, is it wrong to marry 3 or 4 husbands when you know for sure that one or two husbands aren't enough for you? This wife swapping and husband swapping is very common in the Christian communities but you don't often hear things like this in the Muslim communities because a Muslim man will marry an additional wife if he thinks that one isn't enough for him and this keeps him safe all the time. Christians on the other hand consider polygamous marriages as something evil though King Solomon had over 1000 women to satisfy him. It is good to marry one wife if you cannot handle two wives at a time but it is very very bad to swap you husband or wife with another couple because marriage is a bond physically and spiritually between a man and a woman. Once you introduce new people into your marriage and accept them as sexual partners, you become spiritually and mentally bonded not wholly but covalently to these people and you are therefore not married to one person but to 3 of 4 people whom you are not married to, spiritually and woe to you. Prophet Mohammed married 4 wives and he was the happiest prophet ever. Once you marry someone, you become spiritually "one" but once you sleep or introduce new people into your sexual life, you are not "one" with those people spiritually yet you do share something with those people spiritually and you will never be "whole" with your wife or husband again in your entire life unless you go for deliverance.

As long as everyone involved is happy with that arrangement I cannot see a problem.

i agree as long as married couples consent to trade wives for sex and love it should be their choice in matter and not be a stigma , my wife and me have been swinging for 25 of our 28 years of marriage, we have not been jealous of each other s need and desires, she has whom she wants when and where and as many times as she wants and thats fine and has always been fine with me, she has always had a far greater sex drive than me, and has had frequent sexual encounters with our male friends, she has had 3 of our kids from about 8 different sperm donor friends of ours in fact unless we did a dna we dont know real fathers , as I am hispanic and wife is caucasion, her lovers are also caucaison, so our 2 kids are darker from other 3 but we love them the same.
