How many times do you check your email a day?

I check my emails several times. the first thing I do in the morning after restarting my computer is to log on to gmail and check my emails. I also check during the day especially after long breaks from my computer.

I check my emails at least twice a day. I check first thing in the morning and before I go to the bed.
