Since these are necessary for your vital existence you should practice and discipline them for yourself. Doing so you get to participate in a vital existence.

Children develop interest in nurturing, eating, daydreaming, and playing. Child interests determine the development of the child. Any additional interests contribute to the development of the child. Example: If their caretakers read to them they also develop interest in reading.

Mature development occurs with emotional stability and stable interpersonalizations.

Charities should be charitable with methods of psychological fortification and personal development.

The civilized world should socialize with methods of psychological fortification and personal development.

How to get to a beneficial or appreciative experience: relax your feelings, find somewhere local that has a nice ambiance, benefit from appreciating that ambiance, feel humor, make some friends while you feel humor, start a conversation, enjoy the company, feel vital about your mutual enjoyment, benefit your psychology, realize the beneficial or appreciative experience, benefit your short term memory, try something interesting, and be good to yourself and others.

Human order: Living vibrantly and vitally is typical human order. Utilization of natural sets accomplishes this type of living. The system of living vibrantly and vitally is satisfactory. This is how you order your living and existence. Mutual human order is beneficial and appreciative. See Chapters 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 17.

How to say “yes”: recall a beneficial feeling, relax your behavior and attitude, think of something positive, try to recall your human idealism, repair your angst behavior, be mutually beneficial, try to be good to yourself and others, agree to something good and then assent to someone elses values.

Easy living: be natural as often as you can, think beneficial thoughts, relax your feelings, maintain your ordered day to day behaviors, try something appreciative, practice humor, make friends, maintain your health, try something entertaining, keep your psychology healthy, try something enlivening, be good to yourself and others, try strengthening exercise, keep your mind easygoing and disciplined, and use effective management.

You must know what some people do that isn’t good to you. You must know. You must maintain your good health and psychology. You have to live your existence positive and real and objective and with the use of life mechanics. You shouldn’t let others make you do otherwise. Live for yourself and your friends. Live for good times and joys. If anyone tries to hurt you; don’t let them, be more powerful than getting hurt.
