Definition of Depression or Sadness: Any individual needs certain minimum amounts of vital goodness and vital love (including self love); and at least certain minimums of stress management. If they don't then they might feel depressed and/or sad. The following will allow you to alleviate your depression and sadness.

These following methods to strengthen or repair a human psychological condition have more than one possibility to allow you as many attainable solutions for yourself that you can use. People live normally or some stress overwhelms them, making them behave dysfunctionally (slightly to severe).—This statement is true for human experience.

1) Regret Complex - Regret complex can be alleviated by sleep, exercise, charitable works, prayer (mental exercise), enjoyment, spirulina, bathing, sweets, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B-complex, medicines, friends, fruit.

2) Memory Exercises - Memory Exercises are conversation, dancing, sea and ocean bathing, fairweather mountain climbing, fruit, ingestion of protein, minerals, vitamins to strengthen brain, spirulina. See Chapter 19.

17) Destructive Disorders Healing - Destructive disorders can be alleviated with tranquil environments, ocean and sea bathing, mountain habitation, doctors, herbs, meal, euphoriants, tranquilizers, charitable works, prayer, enjoyment, purgatives, sleep, fruit, significant relationships, medicine.

18) Feminine Exercises - Water, Happiness, Play, Togetherness, Hugging, Enjoyment Skills, Vitamine E, Holding, Fondness, fruit, Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Confidence, Personal Sweetness, Conversational Skills, Loving Social Skills, Water, Peaches, Bananas, Oranges, Tea, Chocolate, Coffee, Watermelon, Endurance, Fortitude, Practical Living, Intrapersonal Strength, Relaxation Skills, Forgetting Skills. Women want calming reassurance, considerate recognition and acceptance of feelings and emotions; relating involved commitment from lovers and friends, tranquility, and sweet feelings. The possibility of relieving pain and hurt can be attempted like this: Drinking very large quantities of water and regular napping; done regularly and repeatedly. Preferably 12 ounces every 1-2 hours and at least napping once a day (more if possible), besides regular nighttime sleeping. Until you feel significant alleviation of your pain or hurt. Also, regular consumption of fruit and fruit juices regularly (preferably at least once a day) is very useful for calming stress. Then bathing in swimming pools, rivers, lakes, seas, and the ocean for at least 4 days is very useful for restoration of natural vitality. Regular baths are an equivalent as long as you stay in the bath until you relax. Fortifying and invigorating your physiology is done by sleeping with your chest and head on the floor or ground. Be sure your entire chest is touching the floor or ground. The reason this works is that the strength of the floor or ground relaxes, soothes, and strengthens your heart.

21) Fatigue – fatigue can be alleviated with rest, bathing, relaxation, stress management, tranquilness, potassium, magnesium, calcium, aspirin, vitamin C, vitamin E, protein, tomato, banana, garlic, orange, avocado, biorhythmic maintenance, antioxidant formula, cardiovascular formula, antibiotics, cardiovascular fitness, herbal tea, herbal medicines, food, drinking water.
