Happiness 2 - A beneficial personality has psychological stability
Stress Management: Definition of Stress: Worry and fatigue occur because something intolerable (slightly to severe) happened that preoccupied your time and resources, so that you feel uneasy with what you were doing. This uneasiness (intolerableness) might result in feelings that drain your vitality and vibrancy; and make you not as readied as you were before something stressful happened. Prolonged stress eventually results in dysfunction. The management of stress is done with coordinated breathing, bathing, herbal teas, juices, exercise, relaxing, forgetting certain experiences, naps, medicine, appreciative experiences, and disciplined comfortable faith in oneself. See Chapter 18. Practicing stress management and exercising good-natured disciplines should allow you to recover from emotional stress, fatigue, and hurt. Emotional excessiveness like frustration or anxiety could be alleviated with tranquil moments of distressing and self-appreciation. Also, exercise, drinking large quantities of water and relaxing naps and forgetting the stress of certain experiences should let you be emotionally healthy. Desirably being emotional healthy allows the reality of significant comfortable self-appreciation of yourself and your lifestyle.
Recovering from the stress of emotional experiences and memories: Certain emotions and experiences and memories bad affect the useful operational affects that you like to use. The bad affect on useful operational affects might be stress or hurt or resentment or preoccupation. If this happens you could try stress management and hurt management and relaxation and forgetting the emotions and experiences and memories.—And then do something worthy for yourself and your self appreciation and your feelings and your memories. Doing so, emotional stress could be dealt with and tolerated more effectively. Stress (including emotional stress) affects your health and feelings requiring effective management.
The wisdom of the knowledge of emotions and feelings allows tolerance to bad situations and the healthy appreciation of good situations. Also, the knowledge of emotions and feelings keeps you readied for maintenance of your emotions and feelings—for the appreciation of your healthy self maintenance. Healthy self maintenance allows the acceptance of management of your emotions and feelings. Instead of negative reactions, because of uninformed beliefs (sometimes) about the experiences of emotions and feelings. Informed beliefs about emotions and feelings lets you chose your situations more effectively and for appreciative possibilities.
Definition of Need: intrapersonal significance (values).
Definition of Appreciative: good beneficial characteristics.
Intrapersonal significance values: beneficial characteristics to your existence, vitality, vibrancy, humor.
The useful applications of self appreciation allows you to enjoy calmness, relaxation, serenity, tranquility, values, beliefs, usefulness, ambiance, coordinated self acceptance, and friends. Self appreciation of your liking yourself, your friends, your vital feelings, your meditations, your imagination, your mental conversations with yourself for self appreciation, your comfortable moments, your vibrant socializations, your faith, your experiences, your learning and knowledge, your immunity, your tolerance (including the tolerance of your comfortable moments), provides many moments of easily accepted livable feelings. Making the possibility of furthering your self appreciation.
The interactions of individuals: Someone interacts with their intent, desire, or want; impression or belief; and feelings; and health.
Self esteem: personal validity of the worth of your significances to yourself; appreciative consideration of your feelings; beneficial qualities of your happiness; herbal teas, water, bathing, fruits, fish.
The useful and beneficial applications of human function: Human function as order, individuality, autonomy, uses, making, creating, constructing, conceiving, inventing, imagining, producing, maintaining, educating, living, being, appreciating, valuing, enjoying, and believing permit beneficial applications of these functions appropriate for an existence and life deemed useful and worthy.
The significances of human existence: There exists two factors that people do with each other. Order and feelings. Various orders allow human function and existence. Appreciative feelings value ordered human function and existence. This is usually sufficient for order and feelings unless the stress of not good emotions (usually because of the immature emotions of others) affect your order and feelings. If you manage your emotions effectively then you get to value human order and appreciative feelings. Humans usually prefer order and appreciative feelings.
A matured psychology and personality affect allows appreciating relations, interpersonal benefit, intrapersonal benefit, appreciating opportunities, appreciating personal development, useful vitality, appreciative socialization; and endurance, tolerance, and fortitude.
Methods of self-esteem: try to relax for a moment, relax your thoughts, order your thoughts and feelings, believe a beneficial experience of yours, resolve your good feelings, appreciate your humanity, plan for your beneficial or appreciative times, believe your development, try something good or nice or sweet, and be good to yourself and others.
The factors of human potential: Human potential includes physiological function, existential attempts, existential perspective, thought functions, existential participation, memory functions, existential appreciation, beneficial and appreciative functions, invention, order, belief, choice, sweet, interpersonal and intrapersonal warmth, friendship, friendliness, sociability, beneficial and appreciative beliefs, many variable possibilities, maturity, beneficial imagination, beneficial creativity, like, love, hope, faith, endurance, fortitude, tolerance, appreciative imagination, appreciative creativity, and idealization.
The significances of a beneficial personality: A beneficial personality has psychological stability, real beliefs, endurance, fortitude, tolerance, discipline, beneficial and appreciative feelings, humor, is useful, significantly resourceful, warm, friendly, sociable, accepted, participative, contributive, sensible, is positive, and is real.
How to value each other: You benefit from appreciating the work, accomplishments and contributions of others. Socializing for the benefit of mutual appreciation with others is very beneficial. You benefit when you do things with others. Mutual accomplishments benefit society and contribute to the human condition. Appreciative experiences from others is valuable. You get to participate as a member of society; appreciating each other’s participation. You benefit from the values of others. You improve your existence when you appreciate the values of others. Accepting each others contributions to society lets you benefit from those contributions. Mutual values makes life easier. Be good to yourself and others.
Reasons for forgiveness: You are more content with yourself if you forgive others. Forgive your competitors, forgive those you resent, forgive those you envy, forgive the immature, forgive the mean, forgive the psychotic, forgive the wicked, forgive the criminal, and forgive your friends.
Recovery from psychological negatives: Believe your good beliefs, strengthen your psychology, manage the stress of your memories, emotions, feelings and thoughts, do something beneficial or appreciative for yourself, appreciate your humanity, visit a sweet friend, read chapters 9, 17, 18, order your biorhythms, order your thoughts, order your living, be nice to others, appreciate your individuality, practice good philosophy, and be good to yourself and others.
Methods of adult purity: This book teaches you the pure nature of humans. It also teaches you the mannerisms of human stress; and how to handle them. Learning adult coordination should let your manage human stress. Believing adult purity is useful for you and others gives you worthy possibilities that you want. I recommend emotional tolerance, coping skills, psychological sustainability, forgiving attitude to the immature, physiological strength, spiritual endurance, hope and participation, social and civic order, and physiological and biorhythmic maintenance.
How to get lucky: try reasoned probabilities, live ordered, learn of possibilities, attempt a few probabilities once in a while, participate with others, practice learning of order, be imaginative and creative, practice your skills and development, give others ideas, contribute to social progression, feel psychologically lucky, practice philosophy and be good to yourself and others.
