Was Jesus Christ of Nazareth Black or White?

One of my friends truly believes the real Jesus was a black man. I believe in God and one thing I know for sure is that, God has no Color and God has no Gender why because God is almighty not bounded by color, not bounded by race, not bounded by gender. Color, Race, Gender, etc. are just human terms which do not apply when talking about God. In other words, God could be any color at all. God could be any Gender and God could be from any race although these terms do not apply. So if it is true that Jesus is God then Jesus has no color and he has no gender and has no race. Jesus could be a black man. Jesus could be a white man. Jesus could be an Indian. Jesus could be a Mexican. Jesus could be male. Jesus could be female, etc. not bounded by anything at all. I grew up living with my grandfather and when it comes to issues concerning this life, there is no better man on earth than my grandfather. My grandfather is always right. My grandfather used to say "God is an African". At first I did not take it serious but now it makes sense to me because Jesus could be a black man.

If Africans wrote the Bible, I am very sure they would make Jesus a black man. Jesus is a white man today maybe because white people wrote the Bible. I remember somewhere in the Bible, God said it isn't good for a man to have long hair so I am very sure the original Jesus had short hair (like most Africans do) but as we can see, in today's world, Jesus is like a rock star with long shiny hair. I am very sure there is something wrong somewhere. The Jesus we see today is far different from the original Jesus. Was the original Jesus a black man? Was the original Jesus a white man? Was the original Jesus a Jew? Was the original Jesus a Palestinian? Was the original Jesus a male? These are some of the questions only the original writers of the Bible have the answers.

I was reading an article about Israel a few days ago online and in that article one historian made a very interesting point. According to the historian, the people of Israel were oppressed people with no strong history and nothing strong to hold to and that could be another reason why they build the story of Jesus around Israel as if Jesus was a first century Palestinian man. According to the historian, it is possible Jesus existed but the true Jesus was not a first century Palestinian man and that the Israelites build the story around Israel so as to develop their history, something they did not have earlier on. The historian made some great points supporting his argument but I can't remember all and I have forgotten the link I found the article on online.

So in short, Jesus could be a black man and maybe Jesus was from Ethiopia (Africa) because I've read a very interesting article about Jesus being an Ethiopian. Even some Rastafarians believe the true Jesus was from Ethiopia in Africa with so many interesting reasons why. What do you think?
