Thou shall not kill/murder commandment #6. Do to others as you would have them do to you.
Christian religion says God loved the world so much He gave His only son to be tortured unmercifully for hours before he was declared dead by a sward in his side. Commandment #6. God gave His commandment to people and then turned around and blatantly broke it? The scripture says love does no harm to others. Who is right? God or the church?
Jesus said "Do to others as you would have them do to you". According to the church the Father God does diametrically opposite of what Jesus said. Jesus said He would not have sacrifice for sin but mercy. Mercy for sin is completely opposite of payment of sin. If the debt to God is paid then there is nothing to have mercy on. So God is not a God of mercy in simple understanding. I guess that's why Jesus told the religious leaders to go and learn what mercy means. I would say they still haven't learned what mercy means. Killing an innocent man is not, and I say again NOT doing to others as you would have them do to you. Again, who is right? God or the church.
