Islam and Terrorism: Is Islam a crazy Religion?

there are so many mistakes in the Quran that need to be corrected. the Qu'ran permits so many atrocities against infidels and people who do not accept Prophet Mohamed as a holy messenger from Heaven. whereas the Bible preaches about Love, Qu'ran encourages believers to terrorize people of other religious groups.

Islam is not a crazy religion and there are many Muslim Scholars out there just as there are Christian scholars who really understand and follow the scriptures accordingly. On the other hand are the religious extremists like Osama Bin Laden and co who don't know much about the Holy Quran and the sacred Islamic texts and hence go about terrorizing people in the name of Allah.

What Islam needs to teach its followers is the importance of good education. Most Muslims are illiterates with very little or no education at all. Take Afghanistan for example. More than 50% of the Afghan population are illiterates with no formal education. Illiteracy is the main reason why some Muslims accept and believe in extremist ideas. Islam needs to teach the importance of formal education.

This is a huge mistake people make all the time and that is why Americans are always at war. Not every Muslim is a terrorist and not every terrorist is a Muslim. Some of the terrorists just hate America for trying to control the whole world and for hating on the Islamic world. Look at all the demonic and devilish atrocities Israel is causing in the middle East yet America supports Israel and provide Israel with disastrous war technologies to destroy Palestinians. Do you expect Palestinians to love Americans?

Even if Islam is not responsible or doesn't permit terrorism, I still think Islam could do better to help solve the problem of terrorism in the world instead of campaigning against the Pope of the Catholic church, the West, and Christianity in general.

Islam is very violent in the sense that Islam doesn't teach more about Love instead Islam focuses on winning souls for Allah no matter the cost. Allah is a peaceful and Loving God and Islam needs to teach people more about the loving nature of Allah instead of killing the infidels for Allah.

I saw a post somewhere online and in the post the person was asking whether the Quran came from Satan. The person's view was that, according to Muslims, the Quran was given by Angel Gabriel and it is possible that Lucifer Changed into Angel Gabriel to deceive people with the Quran.

If was to choose between Christianity and Islam, I would choose Islam but Christianity is so corrupt. See Pastors molesting little boys and girls. See fathers sexually abusing poor young boys in the church and they keep all these satanic activities hidden.

These days many of the terrorists that attack America are American citizens. Most of the terrorists live in America which shows that Islam isn't the only cause. My father is a Muslim and he is not a terrorist so not all Muslims are terrorists. It is true there are extremists in Islam but there are also extremists in Christianity and in other religions as well. Take what happened in 'Jones town' for example. In my opinion Islam is not a religion. Islam is a cult that permits killing of innocent people all in the name of Allah. Muslims are lost sheep. The worship fake ideologies not God. God doesn't permit the killing of innocent people and Islam cannot be a religion of God because Islam permits the killing of innocent people especially those who don't believe in their fake ideologies.

I looked up some of the passages from the Koran that a poster says show that Islam promotes violence against non Muslims but the passages I read don't say what the poster here on this topic quotes.

So is he or she quoting from the actual Koran?

I have my doubts.

That being said, I believe the Bible is the only true Holy Book of God but I am sure that the vast majority of Muslims would peaceably agree to disagree with me.

To Muslims who come to this board, are the passages that this poster posted here really accurate from the Koran?

Islam considers Christians and Jews as infidels and the Koran makes it clear not to mingle with the infidels or disbelievers. see what the Quran says about disbelievers and what Muslims should do to disbelievers Qur'an:9:5 "Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war." everybody thinks their religion is the true religion and that explains all these fighting and terrorism. The most important thing is to believe in God not your religion. Don't trust your religion more than you trust God or Allah.

that is exactly what I was telling someone yesterday. all these fighting and killings in the name of religion is due to the fact that people don't accept the fact that we all serve one God no matter your religion. Muslims, Christians, Jews, we all serve the same God of Abraham and the Same of Isaac and the Same God of Jacob. That is the most important thing every believer must know. We are all brothers and sisters. We serve one Almighty God. Jesus, Allah, Y-W- are just names we give to this Almighty God.

Not just Islam but all religions. Religion is evil. Religion is like cancer in our spiritual beings. Religion grows like cancer in our physical, social and psychological beings and like malignant cancer, religion destroys us especially when the teachings and practices are false as we see in many religions in today's world.
