Is love in a relationship important to you?

I think it is very important to me. If I am in a relationship only. I think I demand respect and I like being in love. I like having someone close to me that I can call when I have a problem. I think love in a relationship is important. I think it is alot more fun and better when both people are in love. What do you think? Do you want love?

Love in EVERY relationship is important (in my opinion). And that is if you want a long and lasting relationship. Besides, if there is love in a relationship, you can easily forgive each others mistakes and wrong doings.

To have a relationship with somebody but for there to be no love is not normal. Love is essential in a relationship if it has any hope of surviving. If you take a look at couples where there is no love, they end up sniping at each other and bickering, making each other unhappy, or they might just ignore each other totally.

Having a relationship without love is like having a pie with nothing on the inside. It might on the surface look normal and appealling, but it's just an illusion of a pie, it is empty. A relationship with no love is an empty relationship no matter how much of a normal face the couple will put on to show the world. And just like the pie with no filling, the moment something knocks it, it all comes tumbling down and makes a mess.

I believe in love so my answer is simple. Love in a relationship is not only important but it is vital. Being Humans we can not live without love because naturally we owe feelings and bytes of love deep inside us.
A relationship is only built when its basis are love and affection.

I'm extremely angry at those to treat a "Relationship" as a make-Out session with a guy or a girl.
It's really disturbing.
I've been in 2 relationships my whole life and still am with my second.
The first one was merely a joke, and I was upset about it, but it wasnt my fault.
Currently, I love my girlfriend so much, even though i'm only 17. I've been with her for 6 months, longer than any relationship in my whole homeroom in school, and we're both great. Doing well in school, have great future plans together and we love each other more than anything.
Basically, the word "Love" is abused a lot by people my age and younger and even older.

It makes me quite angry when I see these 13 and 14 year olds going around and saying they are in love. Love is a strong word and should be used as such.
