How could Jesus Christ be both man and God?

How could Jesus Christ be both man and God at the same time? I am not an atheist and I do believe in God. In fact, I am a christian and I do believe in Jesus Christ but I wish the church leaders could make some of these questions a little bit clearer. To be Human is to be mortal. To be God is to be immortal. How could Jesus Christ be God and Man at the same time? How could Jesus Christ be completely human and completely divine at the same time? If Jesus Christ wasn't completely human then his death on the cross can't be genuine and If Jesus Christ wasn't completely divine then Jesus Christ cannot be God. what do you think?

Humans are a composite being (1 Thess. 5:23) of body, soul, and spirit.

Jesus was human in body and soul. But his spirit pre-existed and is divine.

He is the God/man (theanthropos)

The Word became flesh (John 1:1-3, 14)

In Africa we have a saying that to be human is to have some kind of a body. Eventhough the body in this case is matter it is an essential requirement before one can be Human. Jesus Christ Wept for example when His friend Lazarus died. Jesus Christ felt hungry. Jesus also felt angry for example He felt angry at the money changers which are all characteristics of a Human being. To be Human is to be in the body or to have some kind of body. To be divine is to live outside of the body. You cannot be completely divine if you are still in the body or if you have some kind of a body attached to you because unlike the spirit the body is limited by matter. Some Theologians believe that Jesus Christ was completely divine before he descended down to earth. Once He came to earth and took upon Himself a Human form, He wasn't completely divine and therefore could make mistakes. He became completely divine after resurrecting from the death. what do you think?

Jesus is the name of a man. Jesus many times said he was the Son of Man.
Christ means anointed in Greek. Messiah means anointed in Hebrew. Therefore Jesus Christ equals Jesus anointed. Anointed by God with God's Holy Spirit. This happened when he was thirty years old says scripture. From then on Jesus said that he never said or done anything but what the Spirit told him to say or do. Therefore what ever Jesus said was what the Holy Spirit told him to say after he was thirty years old. Therefore it follows that the Holy Spirit is the Word of God for it is always telling Jesus what to say. So now we have the Word of God coming out of a son of man, Jesus, or you can say the Word was made flesh and lived among us.

Now because the Spirit was to remain in Jesus and could not leave him while he was alive to give us understanding of the TRUE GOD (1John 5:20) Jesus said to Peter he must die so he could send the Spirit to us. If we obey the words of Jesus and ask for the Spirit Jesus says he will fill us with the Holy Spirit also as a teacher and a helper. That is what Jesus tells us is the reason he died. So the Jews had him murdered at the hands of the Romans. Yes, Jesus said the god of the Jews and their blood sacrificial system of religion was the devil. Yes, thats right, the blood sacrificial system to pay God the debt for their sins was of the devil and very evil. Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil it says and he paid with his life to do it.

So now we have christianity, a mixture. The Jewish God who requires killing an innocent man for a blood sacrifice to pay for the sins of evil people. This god mixed with the God of Jesus who will have MERCY and NOT SACRIFICE is the mixture called Judaeo-christianity

So Kofi this is what I think. All religion is corrupt and that is why people have a hard time understanding. This corruption of the words of Jesus is what keeps people in bondage to its particular denomination of religious belief. Jesus came to set the captives free. Be free Kofi and read only the words of Jesus. My words are truth and everlasting life says Jesus. No other words, not Paul, not Peter, not Moses, just Jesus, the Word made Flesh.
