God hates Divorce? what about second wife?

Marriage is for better or for worse, richer or poorer, till death. Does that mean that God hates Divorce? Is there something wrong in divorcing someone if you don't feel anything for the person again? Is it wrong to divorce a nagging wife? Is it wrong to divorce a lazy wife? Is it wrong to divorce a troublesome wife? Is it wrong to divorce an unfaithful wife? what does the Bible say? God hates Divorce?

I don't know about bible, but according to my religion.. It is most dislike act which is certainly allowed. There are points where couple can't live together, then it become requirement.. either from Husband or either from wife.. both can look for divorce.. But it will be very stupid if you divorce your wife just because she over cooked the food or something like that.. there should be some solid reason.. similarly, it will be very stupid for wife to get divorce just because husband come late, or she has doubt (no solid proof) that her husband has some relationship with some girl. Problems comes in every marriage.. but main thing is to carry on.. until you can't...

God dislike divorce, but He still permits divorce..

i completely disagree the divorce thing.the marriage is one by which we can understand many things which is most valuable thing in the life.there can be a misunderstanding for once or twice.if it begins life long ,then the two are not capable of living in the world.one should always " give up" to others quote,then only the life would be beautiful and cheerful. many people are felling Divorce gives them a freedom that is wrong.no only you left without cared. pls beware don't go for divorce .it is worst mistake in the life.

God did not originate divorce.
But he did legislate on it.

The statement that God hates divorce is unfortunate. Not to say he likes it, but that translation has problems.

Read Malachi 2:16 in the ESV or HCSB. Then do some research.

The writ of divorcement was an act of grace toward women because of hard hearted men.
