Smile Do you belief in Miracles? Jesus Magician or Lord?

Jesus raised the dead. He healed the sick. the blind could see and Lame could walk. Jesus also walked upon the sea and He fed 5000 people with just five loaves of bread and two fish.. Just a couple of months ago in the news, "a Ghanaian Pastor raised a dead person" somewhere in 2001, a Nigerian Pastor declared dead in the mortuary was brought back to life. What do you think? .. do you belief in miracles?.. got a story to share?

I do believe in miracles, although maybe not so grand and dramatic as the ones you describe Gloria. I believe in little miracles. Little miracles that I see everyday - things like people being kind to each other, helping someone else just for the sake of it, etc.

I do not believe in miracles. For any particular "miracle" there are thousands of similar events that don't turn out nearly as well.

I believe in physics.

I do believe in miracles, but perhaps not in the grand gestures that you described. Life is a miracle, I believe that God works through people and I don't necessarily see a conflict between miracles and science.

I don't believe in the existence of the kind of miracles typically discussed but I do think the world itself is a kind of miracle where there are so many incredible possibilities that random events and actions sometimes can seem otherworldly. In many ways, I think it's a miracle that the sun comes every day and so forth and so on.

No I don't believe in miracles. It is a miracle that so many intelligent people believe in such miracle nonsense. Miracles are akin to sensational journalism,

well, I do not believe in miracles.. I do believe in what i see and what i can touch.. I do not believe in all that i hear because I don't trust anybody.. It is written in the Bible that Jesus Walked upon the sea of Galilee.. this can be true and it can also be false but I wasn't there and I never saw Jesus walking upon the sea.. under normal circumstances, no human can walk upon the sea and Jesus came as a human being in flesh and blood.. Ships do float upon the sea due to the law of floatation.. the weights of the ships are equal to the amount of water displaced and hence they can float but that is not the same for a normal human person.. For the Nigerian Pastor, I think he just collapsed and regained consciousness..

I do believe in miracles but I think that I would not indorsed someone who is raising the dead or healing those sick because it is said in the bible that many will be decepted by those who are making so many miracles.

Yeah...I do believe in miracles.Miracles are very rare case,so don't think that in each & every problems, there'll be a miracle & your problem will be resolved. Some people have the capacity to do miracles,God has given them that power.

Gloria, I do believe in miracles. And, I DO believe in the miracles performed by Jesus that you mentioned above. I believe that if a miracle is meant to happen and is God's Will, it will happen. Plain and simple. I have had experiences with my father, grandmother, and my mother inlaw who were all so ill that the drs did not think it possible that they could survive more than a few hours. But, they did. Why? Because it was God's Will for them to survive. The miracle in those situations to me was that even though they were all so very close to death, they lived because it was not their time to go no matter what the drs thought.

Called me superstitious, but I do believe in the miracles things in my daily life...

Go figure, it will be a hard time if you didn't believe in any miracles and the life will become even more hopeless as you can imagine.

Yes, I believe in miracles! Life itself is a miracle and every blessing we do enjoy like our family, our children, our friends, is a manifestation of how God works in our lives.

Well, some people may not agree with me here, but everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion. I believe in miracles, I believe that God works in mysterious ways, and I'll continue to count my blessings despite everything that's happening in the world right now.

I also believe in miracles. Not because i have heard from many but because i have witnessed one myself. I was literally shocked at that time. From that day my way of thinking changed drastically.

Miracles only happens to those who believes, trust the power of all Mighty GOD. Miracles happens everyday. Just think about it. When you fell asleep are you cautious when you are sleeping do you keep track of how many hours you have slept. Awaking wake up is already a miracle. Right?

There are a lot of miracles in life we don't need to justify why it happened it just happened for a reason.

I believe in miracles. Like I said in another post, I've had things happen to me and others that I know weren't circumstantial. I think that miracles happen all the time to people, but they don't consider it a miracle. Someone giving you back the wallet you lost to me is a miracle (especially during the times we live in now lol). I think most people expect things like "raising up from the dead" or some type of "near death" experience and surviving to be the only kind of miracles there are. But I think that miracles are all around us, we just need to change our definition and look for them.

It is written that the miracles that you listed first post ,Gloria, were made by Jesus for his disciples to believe He is the Son of God .The ancient Jews asked for miracles in order to believe in God, don't forget how miraculously God has taken them out of Egypt, so it was imperious for Him to perform miracles right under their eyes.
However, not all the blinds were made to see, not all the sick were healed , not all the dead were brought to life.

I believe in miracles, I believe people can be heal by faith. The bible said if you have the faith of even a mustard seed ( thats petty small) you would be able to command the mountains to move. I've seen miracles..people repenting and asking God to heal them. I've witnessed a friend's leg grow just by saying a simple prayer.( she had back pains due to one leg being half and inch shorter than the other)
I've muttered prayer on the bus when i had a huge head ache/belly ache...and i was healed. God is a God who wants to show himself strong to his people. Ask him and he will heal you...just make sure you dont get discouraged when it doesnt happen there and then...thats where faith comes in....leave believing that you are healed and Gods answeared your prayer...Disbelief would not move the hand of God ..trust me

I guess miracles coincides with faith. If you have strong faith and believes that things will happen even in the most strange situation, I guess you'll achieve what you desire and people conceive that as miracle.

A young man went to the hospital for treatment of tonsillitis.
"doctor, Can I speak Spanish after I recover?" asked the young man eagerly.
"Certainly." replied the doctor determinately.
"Great! It'll be a great miracle. I never said a single word of Spanish yet."
Can you believe such a miracle will actually happen in our real world.
Some of the miracles may occur in the dream。

Miracles can happen. Miracles here means those things that are hard to be believed but they happen right?

Well, humans still have very little knowledge about the whole world. People call such things "miracles" because they don't know the logical explanations.

If you go deep into the jungle and meet an uncivilised tribe. Then show them a car. They will call it a miracle.

Yes i believe in miracles but miracles only happens for the right thing...
Sometimes many of us would seen that docs give up on the patients but from no where they come up with the good news that is miracle..
Some may say its just a matter of luck, but how can anyone justify that...
and Miracles cannot be explained..

Miracle are nothing but belief ....
If u note in every area that he made a miracle , he ask the concern person do u believe . after the response of the concern miracle happens there. so it the belief of us. when Jesus walked upon the sea , one of disciple ask Jesus , lord can i walk like u . Jesus said yes , if u have faith on me come on & he did the same but after few mins he lossed his faith, he stat drowning into the sea. then god help him. if we believe we can miracles every day.

Don't know about miracles but i do believe in logic, if logically every part of the puzzle fits in, then I believe in it, although obviously it might be a miracle if every logic was made clear. But still, that's the way I am.

I do believe that miracles do happen....

In my opinion, miracles happen simply when GOD wants to interfere and straighten out something that is going horribly wrong...

It is simply a method of GOD to remind us of his existence !!!

How else would you explain with any logic...when a man trapped under the rubbles of a building collapsed in an earthquake...remaining alive for 5 days...without any external help?

Regards,

Walker
