Do ghosts really exist? Do you believe in Ghosts?

We have many movies made on this and when people hear this name they go wild. Do ghost really exists or its our insane feeling ? Do you believe their existence or did you really came across any incident of this kind ?

I don't think that ghost can really exist there have been a lot of videos and some do look quiet real but I just don't think they do as it would be very wierd.

Unseen creatures do exist. Just because you have never seen one, it doesn't mean they don't exist. Don't make an assumption. If they don't exist why on earth so many people saw them including me.

Nobody can prove whether they exist. Sure they've never been caught, but many believe they have seen them. Some have other explanations and some don't. We've no reason or proof to say they certainly don't exist, but we've nothing to say they do either, besides sightings and odd happenings. Anything is possible though

I am no one to come to a conclusion whether a ghost is for real or not, but have to say that what is shown in movies is just creativity. The people try to show something that the world have never seen before, and they make the ghosts as a good topic there.

I have heard stories from my grandparents about ghosts, which sometimes i believe, but for real, i feel there is nothing like a ghost which can harm or kill someone, only until something directly.
They might be existing, but who believes that?

i don't think so... sometimes i can be a believer that they do really exist but sometimes not.. i think its just our imaginations with emotions mixed thats why those appears.. i believe on beasts 100% but ghost? its on 50/50.. Science can explain those videos that are with unexplained white stuff or unknown shadows in it. And also, images that have the same thing. Right now, at this really moment; i don't believe in ghosts..

Science can't explain everything. I mean those scientists are still discovering many new species. This indicates that they still do not understand much about the world. If you watch channels about science or nature you will see that.

Ghosts are not invented by movie makers. People talked about ghosts even before video entertainment exists. In fact horror movies sometimes are based on, or influenced by real ghost stories.

Maybe you are right. This question is just like do the God exists or not ? Which has a no correct answer until and unless you have seen them with your naked eyes. You saw it right. Could you explain how this happened, very curious to know...

some people say that ghosts exists, some say that ghosts are the invention of weak-minded people especially women. But I don't have any experience with them, and also I don't believe in them. I do acknowledge that there are things happening beyond our understanding, but definitely not ghosts! I think every thing that happens happens within nature's laws, whether we believe it or not!

I believe ghosts exists. Just like how we are aware of our "real" world, there are ghosts whom are aware of the ethereal world.

It's kind of freaky but I do believe there is another conscious after we die.

They are a kind of creatures which we can't usually see with naked eyes except in certain rare conditions. If you are interested maybe I can tell you more.

I think that it is possible for there to be some kind of supernatural beings, whether they are ghosts in the conventional sense of the word I am yet to be convinced. Many people around the world claim that phenomena such as cold spots are signs that ghosts are in the room but science is yet to prove this right or wrong.

My brother in law is a paranormal investigator and he has shown me way too many pictures and a few videos for me to say that I don't believe in ghosts.

It is because of this that U have turned down many invites to go on any of their investigations.

I believe spirits exist, I don't think they show up as white sheets of blanket though. I believe once you die, it's a choice to stay here or move on. I have never seen them myself though.

I think what is shown in movies is an extension of what has been passed on to us and has been experienced by many people down the ages. In fact, there is more to it than meets the eye. As they say, reality is stranger than fiction, and reality is like an iceberg, a lot remaining hidden from us. All said and done, I do feel spirits exist.

They do not. Its logical, if they did, they must exist for some reason, if they existed or were connected to this world they must have got a reason to exist here or be connected to our world. Obviously the reason shall be with us, but there hasn't been proper proof of some strange happenings but I believe in mind, sub and pre-conscious and its influence over ones life.

I am not sure whether ghosts do really exist....since I have never seen them...

But as they say...it is not necessary that whatever you have not seen...does not exist !!!

I did read a logic on their existence which was really scary though informative.

People whose inner desires have not been fully met and who face an accidental and untimely death are supposed to return back to earth in the form of ghosts.

They are made to live on earth till their official time on earth is completed...as per the rule book of GOD......Isn't it a bit scary to think !!!

Yes I believe in ghosts. Now you only tell me if a person believes in existence of god then he should also believe in the existence of ghosts.

Care to share more regarding that? How do they look like and how did you manage to see them?

I have no personal experience or encounters with ghosts or paranormal activities, but I believe that they do exist.

Perhaps we may not have any explanations for some of the paranormal activities now, but it doesn't mean that Science will not be able to provide explanations for these stuffs later on in life. We are constantly discovering new things about the earth and through technological progresses, we may be able to provide scientific explanation and evidence of their existence in future.

I agree. Just because we don't see it, doesn't mean that its not there. We can't see air either, but we all know that it exist.

I don't know whether ghosts exist or not but some kind of spirits may exist.. say if good is happening in this world bad is also happening using this theory and also newtons law: for every action there is equal and opposite reaction. with this if god exist, ghost exist.

The only place i saw ghosts in are movies so you know, you don't believe something until you see it with your eyes and i think we even couldn't see it. And i think there's no proof for ghosts existence scientifically.

I can't really say whether ghosts existed. But I have a few friends and acquaintances that say so, they can actually feel and see them. According to my colleagues, it sometimes sits beside them or roams around our office. They sometimes see either a girl or a kid running around our office. When they see it, they'd transfer near where a lot of us are seated and they'd tell us. They'd look really scared, I'm just thankful that I don't have that third-eye.

well i do have friends who do not believe that ghosts exists...but at the same time they also say that they may prefer a neutral stand, like sitting on the fence, that they wouldn't want to test or try either...whatsoever ghost or not ghost, its hard to rationalize. but at least to me, i know and believe, that there are greater forces at work.. whether you see it or not...

I haven't seen no ghost till date ..(but i have heard many incidents from my grandparents)...
i have felt spirit.....
It was the first year of my college life ....after my
September exams, our group was sitting in the store room and making lot of noise suddenly one of my friends suggested that why not we call a spirit with the coin game. i went out of the room because i'm scared of ghosts and spirits but nearly after 20 minutes when i entered the room i saw my friends questioning from the spirit in the coin....three of my friends had put their index finger on the coin when they were asking questions....coin used to move to give the answer....i thought they are fooling me....but when i kept my finger on the coin.. the coin was actually vibrating...and it answered my questions too.....
when we asked the spirit about himself...he told about himself too....
after that i never ever went to that store room in my college.
i am in Final year now....but whenever i see that store room from my class..i feel his presence there....(believe it or not.....it was a true incident of my life)

Remember that anything that does not exist, has no name. Ghosts do exist because we refer to them as "ghosts". We cannot prove that God exists, yet there is a God. we cannot prove that ghosts exist yet ghosts do exist.

Yes i do believe in spirits, we were once haunted, Most of you might not believe in this but the story incident i'm going to explain has been happened in real with my mom. It was the 31st of December, where my mom and dad went to picnic with their friends at farm house which was much away from the city. There in that house were these 2 pictures of 1 old lady who just passed by. She was totally attached to that farm house; I mean that farm house was a big deal for her. Then when my mom returned from that farm house and came home she suddenly started crying and felt like dying. Then I was much scared , immediately after this my dad took her to someone who can get her rid of this spirit. She reached there and they removed that spirit from her body, while they were removing spirit from her body she felt immense pain and she explained it was much scary. And I can understand that as just by listening to this I was much scared.

I cannot answer you all but one thing I know for sure is the fact that the Nigerian ghost (Naija ghost) do exist. Now I am living in the United States but I grew up in Nigeria and our house in Nigeria is very close to the cemetry and If I tell you today that the Nigerian ghost do exist, you must believe me.

it depends on your thinking whether to believe about the existence of the ghosts or not
sometimes people watch scary ghost movies and see the dreams of scary ghosts all night(lol)
through this way, some people start believing in them
but major part of the population don't believe in them including me

They definitely don't. But the fear of something hypothetical like a ghost makes us sometimes fear it

when something unusual happens around us then we get a feeling of fear and blame it on ghosts. There is actually nothing out there. We have created it and we only can do good to forget it

The human person is not just a body but body, soul and spirit. I might agree with you that ghosts do not exist if the human person was just a body. However, I don't agree with you because the spiritual parts of the human person remain in existence even after the death of the body.
