World hate America because of the dirty war on Iraq

it is a fact now that the whole world hated America for that unjust war against civilians but does world blame American people or their government, assuming that most Americans didn't like the former government of Bush

In the Mideast where I'm from, I noticed youngster particularly always hate the USA, but they love it in their unconsciousness they do love Hollywood movies they dress like American, listen to rap music ....they are so Americanized this would definitely mean they hate the government not but love the American people but this never been expressed in anyway

now let assume the world just differentiate between people and government would this take blame off people's shoulder ? I mean are they responsible for their government faults ?
