The Forgotten North Korea

Several weeks ago it was reported that the 'Great Leader' had ... had a stroke, have they found out any information that supports that -- I really feel sorry for the people of N. Korea, they're stuck on this rock that has no land resources, cut off from the rest of the world -- with a crazy man at the helm. It seems to me that since the country is in a constant state of 'on guard' with the DMZ and all... that would be a terrible way to live-- as well as it's a situation that has to come to an end, even though it's been over 50 years -- so what do you think is going to happen to North Korea?

North Koreans are in such a mess. They are pretty much living a century behind their South Korean counterparts and the rest of the world. It always takes some time before all dictators are swept away to the dust bin by history. Let us hope that day will come at the latest for the North Korean people.

Yeah, I hope North Koreans will be able to overcome the state that they're in. Although they have been left behind technically by their South Korean counterparts, they can still manage to ride the storm if a new leader which has good views of its nation is put at the helm to direct them. Still they can bounce back and be as progressive as their counterparts, they just need proper directions and they'll manage to come out of the shell. Personally, having a democratic government is a lot better that a dictatorial one. Men should not be blinded with greed and selfishness.
