THE END OF POVERTY AN ECONOMIC POSSIBILITY FOR OUR TIME

Come to think of it fifteen thousand Africans dying each and every day of preventable, treatable disease AIDS, malaria, TB, for lack of drugs, food and drinking water yet day in day out we talk about EQUILITY. In a world of ours today where distance no longer determines who your neighbor is we ought to puts our heads together to see how we can support one another If the world and its people are one in respective of our race, colour, country, or continent than I don’t see why such amount of death will only be possible in Africa as a matter of fact and to be very honest there’s no way we could conclude that such mass death day after day would even be allowed to happen anywhere else certainly not in north America or Europe or Japan.

Come to think of it there are many rich men and woman out there who have billions upon billions who can help we do also have countries with great economy who can do some thing to put these extreme poor countries on the economic ladder of growth this is some thing which is possible to be done in our own time to bring out some of these countries from extreme poverty to the ladder of economic growth more so in our nation today we have great scholars from Harvat, Cambridge and many more great economist who can come up with practical ideas, methods and ways to end poverty I mean extreme poverty that type in which a child in Bangladesh or Somalia or Ethiopia is unable to feed to drink good water have a good health and shelter not mentioning Education and others furthermore we have great scientist and most import of all new technology advancing each and everyday

what I mean is we already got all what it takes the ideas the right people the methods to bring this extreme poor country to an economic growth ladder which most parts of our nations are having today we just need to see our self as one nation remember there is no country which was originally rich from the beginning so the ideas and methods put in place in these rich countries can be applied there too I know some people will say it can’t be possible but am telling you that it can be done if we change our mentality and ways of thinking about others
