The Best way to Help Africa - charity organizations

I know the best way to help Africa is to go to Africa and see things for yourself and do what you can to help the poor people in Africa directly. However, not everyone can go to Africa and not everybody can afford that much but there are many different ways we can help Africa in every little way. Praying for Africa is one of the ways we can help Africa and Donating to charity organizations. My question therefore is; what are some of the trusted charity organizations one can donate to? I know of UNICEF but that is the only trusted organization I know at the moment. Most of these so-called charity organizations deliver less than one percent of the money donated to the poor and in most cases do not deliver anything at all to the poor which is very sad. what are some of the trusted charity organizations, one can donate to and what makes them so special?

Honestly I don't trust these charity organizations in the exception of a selected few. Unicef is great and I trust Unicef. Besides Unicef, "feed the children" is also doing a great job. If you will like to donate, then donate to such charity organizations to ensure that your money is put into good use. don't donate to the "so-called" charity groups out there with various pictures about their work. Most of them don't actually deliver as they claim to do. Rather donate to the fully established charity sites like Unicef and "feed the children"
