Rich Blacks and Poor Whites in South Africa

In America and in Europe, White people are mostly rich and Black people are mostly poor. This is the opposite in South Africa where Black people are mostly rich and White people are mostly poor. During the time of the Apartheid in South Africa where White people were superior to Black people, the White people in South Africa during that time were very rich and powerful while the Black people were mostly poor and inferior. Things have really changed ever since the end of Apartheid rule in South Africa. There are some poor Black People in South Africa but considering the poverty level and the way of life of the White Africans in South Africa these days, Black people are far better off in South Africa than White people. Is it because the current administration in South Africa doesn't provide for the White people? Is is because the current administration doesn't benefit the White people in South Africa? What can the government do to better the lives of the poor white South Africans?
