President Obama Good or Bad? Obama deserves a second term?

What affects America affects the entire world in one way or the other. America is a global leader and an American president is just like a global president because every decision he makes affects not just America but the entire world. I don't know much about America let alone American politics. I don't know much about American presidents but I do know ex-president Bush helped Africa more than any other United States president despite all the "war crimes" in his name.
Just a few days ago I read an article on cnn and in that article people suggest Obama cuts foreign aid in his 2012 budget and if he indeed cuts foreign aids then that implies most third world countries are going to suffer. The same article suggested Obama cuts emergency spending which means in times of disaster (such as Haiti earthquake, Japan earthquake, etc.) America will not spend much. In other words, America will not take the lead all the time when it comes to emergency response which will affect not just poor countries but the entire world. That is why an American president is a global president. His decisions affect the entire world in one way or the other and that is why almost every country on earth pays attention to American politics especially during elections.

Barack Obama although not completely black, is black and I like him for being the first black president of the United States of America something I thought impossible. In 2008 people wanted nothing but a change and they voted for change and change pushed Obama to the highest seat in the world. Change and Hope were the driving forces in the 2008 elections but can we say the same about 2012? In 2008 Obama's poll numbers were at all time high but the numbers have been dropping ever since he climbed that high seat.
Now some of his poll numbers are not that encouraging at all. He is trying his best but to most Americans, his best is not good enough. People thought Obama was the coming Messiah but now most of us have realized he is no where closer to even an apostle. But does that mean Obama deserves no second term? well some people think he is doing a great job and deserves a second chance. Others think he is getting worse by the day and must go in peace come 2012. But Once again, Americans know Obama better than all of us.

I think he does deserve a second term. In the current state Obama recieved the USA in, he has to undo the damage the last president in office created if any and since Bush was in office (theres alot of damage) and address situations current issues which is hard to do seeing that Barack Obama is the one president that actually cares about every individual in america regardless of income, class, or background. Barack isnt trying to be a dictator he wants to take into consideration and would like to work with every extising political party making reasonable accomadtions for every one. I feel that every politican that is elected should be able to look and represent every individual in America. Dont just look out for the republican and forget the needs of the democrats because your a republican, or say screw the poor because they are poor, and you are rich. This is a Country that millions live in we create this world and with out the people, we wouldn't need nor elect the leaders so it wouldn't be a need for them, if we the public start to realize that the goverment is in them for self and not the people. Because then there would be a revoution and America definitly wouldnt want that so i think they should definitly give Barack a second term of office. or another President that have his qualities cause if not theres going to be issues...

i think before saying whether Obama deserves the second term or not we should look at his competitors. Can he/she make it better? In my own opinion, Obama is a good president! He has been trying his best to fix all the mistakes that Bush made. So much burdern is left for him like wars, financial crisis, etc...And in fact, now America is the biggest debtor in the world, the government has had to think about a tight fiscal policy by reducing government spending and raising tax. So i think cutting foreign aids is essential! We cannt blame Obama for this!

Ya notice how things just kind of trailed off here 2 years ago? Even whoever it was managing this page has lost track of it- along with all that Obama enthusiasm. It did not matter to me what color his skin was. To me it was transparent. I knew from my own research what kind of president he would be. Look around. Ya don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out that even his supporters are no longer supporting him. I don't seem to see many videos anymore of young school kids chanting in unison, "Mmm-Mmm-Mmm. Barrack Hussein Obama!" Over and over and over again. Previous contributors to this thread talk of 'history' being made- and Obama continues to make history. He has racked up more debt and deficit in a shorter amount of time than all other presidents combined, let alone just any other president. The 'green' agenda is not even anywhere close to being economically viable. Told you so, at the beginning of this administration. All you had to do was look at how Spain's green energy policies were doing. The result? Even more situations like Solyndra going bust and taking stimulus $$$ with them- that is, stimulus $$$ of questional approval. We've already had 2 stimulus packages and now he wants a third. Hey- CA has a three strikes and you're out program! He believes the federal govt creates jobs. The revenue has to be generated before taxes can be collected. If Income taxes are raised 100 percent, there will still be zero revenue if no one is working. His executive inexperience shines through with amazing clarity. The only financial experience he had was collecting funds from some sources and 're-distributing' them to others. He has no idea how to create a job. He stabs Israel in the back. He does and says nothing when the Iranian people challenged their leaders. He just let them get slaughtered and jailed. But when Egyptians and Libyans rose up, suddenly it was an 'arab spring.' Yea- I'll be the first one to give credit for taking out U.B.L. But he should have been taken alive and squeezed for intel. But then we've got 'fast and furious' gun scandals, pushing the K.S.M trial in NYC, 'rat on your neighbor.whitehouse.gov'- I could go on and on. I will just end by saying that I'm glad Obama will only be a one term president.

Where as I thought the president's ideas were alright, i thought his execution was poor at best. A black president was a dollar store bandaid on the problems america was facing, and yes, when he was elected he was supposed to change things. (I did not vote that year, but I had been a Hillary Clinton supporter, so I wasn't happy when Obama beat her out in the primaries)

Things didn't get changed except for the amount of Deficit (please excuse my spelling) that we americans had to deal with.

Let me go on to say this quickly. Bill Clinton had cleared the country's debt, but it took most, if not all, the gold in fort knox to do it. Bush ended up screwing back up the defecit, and now we're set in this trillion dollar hole thanks to Obama's reckless spending.

Thanks to the president, we've also lost the space program, and our troops are still across the seas.

Frankly, if people think logically, i don't think he'll be reelected.... but since when do people think logically.
