Obama is president and the troops remain in Iraq

I don't know if I'm mistaking something but I remember Barack Obama said several times during the campaign season that he will do anything possible to bring all the troops back home during his first two months in office as the President of the United States. So far so bad. Barack Obama is the President of the united States and the troops remain in Iraq. I remember Barack Obama said he will do anything possible to cut taxes and to help students pay for college. So far so bad. Barack Obama is the president of the United States and he plans raising taxes. I am not concerned much about the economy at this time because Barack Obama needs some time to fix the economy as he always say but my major question is that what is Barack Obama doing about the troops in Iraq? why is Barack Obama not going by his own words?
