This fact is quite alarming for all of us. Commonly, there are only two kinds of person involved in crime like rape. Most of the time uneducated man, who belongs to a poor family. Sometimes, a man with so many vices like drugs, who belongs to a rich family. So basically, poverty isn't the main reason for this unjust act of a person, its how he was raised by his parents.

Rapping of women is one of the biggest crime by the men. The criminal should not allow to live in prison for lifetime, instead of he should be hanged till his death. Due to this huge rape cases , HIV AIDS was originated from African countries. Many people ae suffering from this uncurable disease.

my personal opinion is that the person committing the crime must be cancelled from citizenship.

What about killing those committing the crime? There is nothing good in a rapist so why must we tolerate these criminals? However, "rape" is considered normal in certain African societies. It is part of the African culture and traditions. Men in such societies have the right to rape girls. It is a tabboo for a girl to refuse a man sex in certain African societies and such girls are sometimes classified as bad mannered girls. Men just go about raping young girls in these societies and the most painful part of the story is that, the society consider rape normal. Africa still has a long way to go!
