Why is Barack Obama ignoring Africa?

It is true that the economy today is very bad as compared to some years ago however, even President Bush did many things for Africa during his last years in office as the president of the United States despite the fact that the economy was worse at that time. I thought Barack Obama being half an African will do more for Africa than president Bush instead the only thing Barack Obama has done for Africa is the money he gave to support the pro-abortion campaign in Kenya (supports killing of innocent babies through abortion). I am just hoping that Barack Obama doesn't win a second term because that could make matters worse. what are your views on this?

Barack Obama is ignoring Africa because he is not an African and he doesn't consider himself an African. He is doing his best to help his country first and that is the main reason why people voted for him. He is putting America first because he is an American. In fact, Obama said in his book that his father abandoned him so don't expect him to love Africa. I rarely hear him mention Africa or Kenya in his numerous speeches. George Bush was a great 'African lover' but don't expect the same from Barack Obama because Obama doesn't like Africa.
