Government Officials (rich people) supply Criminals with weapons in Africa

Those who were paid to protect Africa are the same people supplying criminals with powerful guns and weapons to torment and kill innocent citizens. The law enforcement agencies and the law enforcers such as the policemen and women in uniforms who were supposed to be helping keep the land safe are the same people supplying criminals with powerful guns and other weapons to torment and kill innocent citizens all because of money. Policemen and women in Africa today have began supplying criminals such as armed robbers and pirates(especially Somali Pirates) with powerful guns supplied by the government to torment and kill innocent citizens. What they do is that, they lease these guns to the criminals for operations and the criminals give them (the policemen) their share at the end of every operation. It may sound very weird but this is exactly what is going on in some countries in Africa right now.
Armed robbers need powerful guns to go for operations but powerful guns are very hard to come by in Africa so they have turned to their friends in uniforms for the supply of powerful guns and ammunition so they can go out for their barbaric operations. Some policemen in Africa complain of their lower pay (salaries) and have added this method to their daily duties in order to help them make extra money besides what the government pays them. Not just policemen and women in uniforms but also politicians and other rich members in the society. Armed Robbers especially those in Nigeria often carry powerful guns and other weapons but where do these criminals get those powerful guns and weapons from? The answer is very simple, most of these criminals you see holding powerful weapons guns and destructive weapons were sponsored by the rich and powerful members in the society especially political figures and government officials. Why do these rich people supply criminals with weapons of mass destruction? The answer is that, most of these weapons are rented to these criminals for operations and they return those weapons with the percentage due after the end of every operation. Some especially government officials supply these criminals with powerful weapons of mass destruction so they (the criminals) can eliminate their enemies (the enemies of the those government officials) for them especially during election period.

Once again, this may sound very weird to some people but this is exactly what is going on in Africa. Sometimes a policeman catches a criminal on the streets but let them go Scot-free why because those criminals are their friends which is very sad. Africa has a very long way to go. What do you think?
