A friend of mine was complaining yesterday that he has no money and that life is not being fair to him. He was complaining too much so I showed him the picture below and I told him he is far better than most people and he kept his mouth shut. This is Kelvin Maliwa a 34 year old man from Malawi (Malawi is a country in South-East Africa bordering Zambia, Tanzania, and Mozambique)

Kelvin was born with no limbs and disabled legs which makes moving from one place to another a very difficult task. The first time I saw this picture I asked myself so many questions. For example, I asked myself how does he eat? How does he take his bath? How does he move from place to place? but to my amazement, Kelvin Maliwa of Malawi is an electrician. He is a radio repairer and repairs radios for a living. Because Kelvin has no hands and also disabled legs, he repairs radios with his mouth. He put the tools in mouth. Kelvin told reporters that He learned how to repair radios from a friend who repair radios in a nearby village. Because Kelvin cannot use his hands nor legs, he uses special homemade tools. According to Kelvin, before he became a radio repairer people used to call him a beggar but now that he repairs radios for a living, nobody calls him a beggar again. They call him a radio repairer and he likes that. Anytime I find myself in a sad situation I always compare myself to people like Kelvin. There are many people like Kelvin in Africa who don't even know how to repair things like Kelvin does. If Kelvin can repair radios with no hands and no legs then we with hands and legs shouldn't blame God at all. This story also tells us that God has a purpose for everybody and that every life is precious to God.
