Africans want to Depend on Western Countries Forever?

Africa is a blessed continent. God has blessed Africa more than any other continent. Consider some of the Asian countries for example. Most of these countries do not even have fertile lands to grow crops on. Most of these people live on the sea because you cannot even get land to build houses on. Africa is blessed with fertile lands everywhere. Even African beaches are fertile lands. Anywhere you grow crops in Africa, it grows yet Africa remains the poorest continent. The reason is just simple. Africans don't know how to use these natural resources. Africans are not ready to do things by themselves. Africans want to depend on Western countries forever. Africa do not have good leaders. The so-called African heads of states are nothing but cheaters and traitors. They come into power just to oppress their fellow citizens.
