Default Yoga may consist of pranayam - breathing exercise and some stretching

Exercise should be a part of our daily routine. Half an hour of walking and around 20 minutes of yoga daily would be good to keep our health in check. yoga may consist of pranayam that is breathing exercise and some stretching to keep the body flexible.We also need to keep a check on our diet. it should consist of lots of raw fruits, vegetables and fibers.
