I like to keep a diary because I am into fitness and weight loss. I like to work out and post my weight and any progress I made. I like to post what I am eating and how many calories I am taking in per day. I think it makes a big difference. I am able to see what has worked in the past and see what has happened. i have a bad memory so it helps me alot.
