There are so many other ways which make you awake the whole night.
• Do 5 min of dance on the floor. (Drowsy brain needs some activity) • Drink a lot of water i.e. a litre or more. (Excessive water maintains the body cycle when awake throughout the night ) • Have a chewing gum and start chewing it with a pace. (Jaws activity helps brain to be active) I, personally, followed these tricks and succeeded. |

you can't cheat on nature. sleep when it is time to sleep and wake up when it is time to wake. sleep is the best gift you can ever give your body so sleep when it is time to sleep. coffee destroys your body and weakens your brain. avoid coffee.

the best way to stay awake is to sleep. If you are feeling very sleepy at work, take a little sleep at lunch time. that sleep can go a long way to keep you awake throughout the day. I have been doing that for a couple of months now and it works.

Well Coffee is good but too much coffee can kill the brain cells. These days there are decaffeinated coffees which is better but can't keep you awake though. I also recommended remember that think:
1) sleep well before the exams start. Your body will account the extra sleep you get. 2) Tea and coffee will help. 3) Always keep food that you like eating at home during these days, |
