Default Weighing yourself daily helps to cut back on food

I tend to weigh myself every day or every few days. I don't gain weight that often, but I still like to check in and see how I am doing. I think it helps me to avoid weight gain. That way I can cut back on food if I know I gained some weight. I think it is very useful and helpful. I tend to measure also so I know where I am at and what I need to work on.

good for you but I can't do that. Weighing myself is one thing I hate doing. It always gives me bad impression about myself so I hate doing it. I hate the scale!

Yes, I weigh myself daily as I have got a weighing machine at my home also. By this I can judge my health and the amount of fat on my body.
