So, coming to the topic, you mentioned some good basic points, to which i add some as -
Control alcohol intake
Cut down the amount of salt intake to your body, as more salt increases blood pressure
Some exercises that include regular breathing habits which regulate your heart, would be a great way to control high blood pressure to normal.
