dearest, white teeth is not the ultimate but a set of teeth with fresh breath. But if you insist, then stop smoking if you do cos its a number teeth killer or browner so to say:p. We were told when I was a kid that brushing with ground charcoal and salt helps but its not medically proven but its not harmful. then try and brush twice daily and then use sugar-free gums after meal(especially snacks) when you cannot brush or other fiber made fruits like carrots, it cleanses the teeth.
