Smoking and Drinking of Coffee Cause Anxiety

I tend to get anxiety when I am going out somewhere. I don't take medicine for it now, but I have in the past. I think I am just a nervous person many times. I also think smoking contributes to it, so I should quit smoking in the near future. I drink alot of coffee has well so all that causes anxiety for me. Do you get anxiety or are you very confident when you go out?

I think everyone experiences anxiety at some point of their lives. I usually get anxious when I think I did something wrong with my friend and we are not in good terms. Or when speaking in major public.
