Transform your home into a spa

Restlessness, stress, overtime, busy, and too little relaxation ... Sometimes you might like to get into an oasis of relaxation, but once you get home, your not coming to go anywhere. No problem! Bring oasis of relaxation to your home.

Here is how you can transform your home into a true spa:

Prepare a spa tub with hot water, divine-smelling oils (choose whichever you like best in category of "relaxation" or "energy") and flower petals. Decorate tub with scented candles (turn light off) and put relaxing music on mute.

Remember to sit near the spa tub a large towel or a soft fluffy bathrobe.

Tips: For a better relaxation, you can pour a glass of wine
"Lulur" Spa
Word "lulur" means "to cover the skin" in Japanese and Indonesian, is a ritual performed by the bride before the wedding, but also an exclusive package in spa luxury sites.

This ritual has two stages:

1. A relaxing bath in a tub filled with foam, aromatic oils and flower petals.

Relaxing aromatic oils: fan, chamomile, sandalwood, ylang-ylang - relaxes the body and calms the mind.
Energy aromatic oils: lemon, orange (and all citrus), peppermint, eucalyptus and lemon grass.

3. Body treatment on the basis of yogurt - here you can choose a body cream with yogurt or just apply yogurt all over the body.

Other ways to spoil:

* Can you give a moment of pleasure to your feet, apply a special scrub and then a soothing foot cream (tip: you can design a massage with her)
* The face you have to follow the same recipe: cleaning, gentle scrub, a mask and a cream

* While you relax in the tub, you put two slices of cucumber on the eyes, help you to get rid of tired eyes
* Fold a towel and use it as a cushion

After you complete the ritual of beauty you can continue with a spa meal. Yes, is a such thing! Spa menu usually contains healthy foods, more fruits, vegetables, seafood, fish and whole grains.
