My muscles get very sore when I weight train or do cardio classes. I enjoy a sauna session for my muscles or a long, swedish massage. I like to stretch and massage the muscles before and after my workout. It is great at preventing injuries also. I like to take a short walk after. I also like to soak in a bath with epsom salts. It can be wonderful relief to achy muscles.
