Question Meditation and Yoga help develop concentratio and memory power

Now yoga & meditation are getting more popular among people.More numbers of people are practising it to keep themselves healthy & fit.Meditation also helps them to develop thier concentration & memory power.And regular yoga practice even helps in curing diseases like diabetics & cancer.

Do you believe in it ?Do you practise yoga & meditation everyday.

Dear Suvan,

I can assure you, Yoga and meditation works like hell. I do practice meditation and it works wonders for you. You are able to concentrate well, and you know, with yoga, i was able to get complete relief from Asthma, and now i don't even catch cold. The thing is just don't stop doing it. Yoga is not an exercise. It's a lifestyle.

I completely agree with tech taht its an lifestyle.A large number of medicines treat only the symptoms of the disease, and not the root cause.But yoga dela with the root cause,it may take some time but result is must.

i practice meditation too it has a great effect on concentration...
for students i advice to practice meditation it really helps you can improve your memory power with it..it has helped me too....

Yoga is a wonderful substitute to medicine. Yoga has been seen to clean up your body of all wastes and toxic that accumulates due to inactive life-style and eating of junk food.

I have seen people even combat obesity with the help of yoga !!!

Isn't it amazing? To reduce fat, just control the intake of oily food and practice yoga daily.......You would be surprised with the result...

Yoga truly helps one live life......completely.....

You have most probably heard that yoga is good for you. Maybe you have even tried yoga and discovered that it helps you to feel better. Yoga has many health benefits.Yoga helps shape long, lean muscles. Yoga can help to prevent the causes of some types of backs pains by increasing flexibility and strength can help prevent the causes of some types of back pain. Yoga also helps you to relieve your stress. With the exercises of yoga you will be able to have a better breathing. Yoga will give you a better lifestyle. I personally recommend yoga to each and every one of you.

I don't do Yoga and meditation, but I think it will help in our overall well-being. I think Yoga and meditation will help to relax the mind and improves our spiritual well-being as well as physical well-being. I've read up on a little about meditation and I've tried it as well though I don't know whether I'm doing it the right way, but I think it help us to relax and clear our mind.

I was actually introduce to yoga from a very young age because my grandmother practiced her entire life. She used to take a cousin and I with her to classes and practice with us in the living room.

We used to just imitate her because we were little, but I picked up a lot by the time I was in high school and always used it to keep up my flexibility and exercise. I still use yoga for those reasons today and I am glad I picked it up so long ago.

you are right that yoga is very important for life.Yoga makes a man in both side strong mental and physical. In present time every person suffer many tension,problem...etc.Yoga can decrease this stress level and make a strong to fight odd situation.Yoga class should be necessary for every university,college,school.....

Yes Right. Yoga & meditation are very important in our lives. Yoga & meditation are the best way to live from our daily stress... In India Yoga & meditation are well trained & it is becoming popular all over the world.. Children & older people are mostly seen in Yoga & meditation classes or sessions. Yoga & meditation maintain our health. Most of our senior citizens are very strong & they live longer.

definatly yoga and meditation helps us in remaining fit 24x7
they keep our body flexible and away from all kinds of diseases including even big diseases like cancer and this has been proven scientifically as well now
so one must do yoga and meditation for minimum 1 hour a day either early morning or in the evening ,most preferably in a garden place

this practice has it roots in India but now it is being practiced more in western countries than in India and people are ready to pay heavily for classes. It's a healthy business personally i feel that meditation is a good way to destress and buy some time out of your busy schedule for self realization
