Many people infected with syphilis
What is syphilis and how common is syphilis? How do I know I have syphilis? Is syphilis deadly? What causes syphilis? How can one avoid syphilis? HIV/AIDS is very common in Africa and I have heard some cases of gonorrhea too but not syphilis. It seems like syphilis is less common in Africa. Many people infected with syphilis do not have any symptoms for years, yet remain at risk for late complications if they are not treated. I know syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease like HIV and gonorrhea but Is syphilis deadly? Can syphilis kill a person? What are some of the early signs of syphilis?
