Back Pain is one of the most common medical problems and about 70% of adults have experienced Back Pain in one way or the other. I know age plays a major factor in Back Pain. Irregular exercise also plays a role in Back Pain. I read somewhere that stress also plays a leading role in Back Pain. What are the other major causes of Back Pain? What is the best way of dealing with Back Pain?

we can avoid back pain easily by doing yoga,my father too experienced a back pain,but now he is ok with it .by doing yoga.

I'm not hundred percent sure about this but someone said too much sex also causes back pain. In other words, the more sex you have, the worse your back pain becomes but I am not very sure though.

Thanks kofi, but it seems like mostly in older ones and i believe its age factor as well, when bones got weaker.

Kofi thanks for the enlightenment, but one of the major causes of back pain -is cold. Exposing one's body to cold causes excrutiating pain to the back, so we can avoid back pain by covering ourselves properly especially those allergic too cold.

What is the best way of dealing with Back Pain?

The best way of dealing with Back Pain is to deal with it. Complaining about it will never do any good. Living with it is fruitless. Doing something is always better than doing nothing. Every action has a reaction. No action no reaction. Everything has two sides to it. In and out. North and South. Top and bottom, rain and shine, good and bad and so forth. Find the good in pain and your life will change for the good. Pursue the bad in pain and you will be miserable.

And that is the best way of dealing with Back Pain I have found for I have had it for over the last 62 years of my life. In fact I have found dealing with anything in life in this manner will have a positive reaction.
