Lose fat and gain muscle at the same time

This diet is perfect for the people who want to lose fat but gain muscle at the same time. I realized that my problem when I started working out was to just bulk up and then try to lose the extra fat weight. The problem with this though is the fact that when you switch to a different diet to lose the "fat" you're also losing your muscle strength that you've built up over the past six months or so of working out.
