Default I just found out that I got diabetes

It seems that I will be doing a lot of exercise these days because I just found out that I got diabetes. Although, I know that we have a history of diabetes. It doesn’t really concern me well that much.

regular exercise is the best if you want to live longer. Exercise keeps you strong and fit. It is better to eat good and practice good exercise than to take prescription drugs. Exercise refreshes delicate internal organs like the heart and hence keeps you healthy.

Hi dante,

You must be concerned. The Beta cells are either completely or partially loses its power of Insulin production. So if you do a lot of exercise, you might get hypoglycemic , having very low sugar levels. You know how dangerous it is - it's fatal. Please always take along a sugar cube or whatever with you. It's recommended that you do moderate exercise. Hope you get me.

I do have a workout that I do every 2 days. It not to much but getting the weights out and running but I know it really helps me. I feel better every time I'm done.

I believe in good exercise. As techbuzzie said, too much exercise can do more harm than good but i think moderate exercise will rather make you strong and healthy. it is good to exercise but maybe not too much at a time.

Well... I play tennis for 2 hours per day. So, this makes me a little tired at the end. But, I get refreshed after a shower and perfect stretch. So, I am happy that I am doing a moderate level of exercise!

One word here. Pilates. Free at the library. I really enjoyg picking some of the exercises they have because they are friendly towards my aching back. I especially like the leg lifts when you are laying on your side. You just lift your foot up a few inches and tap it in front and in back of your foot.. back and forth.. nice and pain free

I think you should do more exercise, it makes your heart stronger,and one point is eating little food that with sugar,it takes no help to your health.

Exercise is good for health. But in your case that you have Diabetes, you should carefully monitor your blood sugar level especially when doing exercise, you might get hypoglycemia. So, I advise, you should take orange juice with you in case your blood sugar level falls...

What i feel is for maintenance of perfect health, exercise is no less important than diet. It keeps us away from many diseases and most importantly morning exercise keeps us active throughout the day.

I used to do exercise a lot before, It was 4 years agao when i was doing my graduation.
After that i completely stopeed exercising.
The only exercise i do now is walking.

I do exercise. I think exercise is wonderful. It is a good for stress relief and an easy way to get healthier. I like to be active every day, not just with workouts. I think it would benefit you greatly to eat healthy and work out also. I know if I ever experienced an illness, that I would do everything in my power to stay healthy and exercise every day.

Excercise is very beneficial to our health and it keeps our body free from various diseases. I regularly do excercise by going to Gymkhana and also I do Yogas to keep my body healthy and fit.
