hi, yes i do brush my teeth thrice a day and I have never experienced any oral health problem till now and I don't think that I will some soon. And I forgot to mention in my previous post that I usually floss after each meals to clean the very small areas which are not easily attainable by the toothbrush.

I usually brush my teeth twice a day. But sometimes thrice and when I'm busy just once a day. The most important time to brush your teeth is at night before you sleep. If you don't brush the bacteria in your mouth will do their job while you're sleeping. It is not as important to brush your teeth in the morning or in the afternoon, although there's nothing wrong to brush more.

I brush my teeth twice a day. It was what was taught to me by my parents and what the dentist has always told me to do. I also end up flossing around three times a week, I used to not enjoy flossing at all, however now it really is not all that bad.

When I was younger I sis not brush my teeth much at all but for about the past year or so I am on a 3-5 times a day routine. Most of my friends find it strange that I am always doing it but since I have started doing it that much I can not not stop. I know brushing that many times a day is not to great for my teeth but I'd rather brush to much then to little.

Twice a day, first thing in the morning, last thing in the day
Brushing before bed is important as it gets your gunk out Unfortunately, you can't get it all out, so by morning, all the scraps have started rotting, bacteria is all over your teeth, which causes bad breath. Brushing in the morning solves this |

Ask yourself first why you are brushing a lot? Is it because you can get whiter teeth? If it is.. then you can get that done easily by bleaching. More brushing would tear off the surface of the teeth that would increase the sensitivity of the teeth. And if you are brushing more to keep them clean, i advice you to reduce the frequency of brushing but regularly floss your teeth so that the bacteria are not kept stagnant to form plaque and caries in the later stages. |

Like I said, once is enough from what dentists told me. Just make sure you brush at night before you sleep and you're good. People brush in the morning mainly because they don't want their mouths to smell bad as they are going to work or school. |

My son is now in preschool and they all brush their teeth together and I'm all for it because now my son doesn't fight tooth brushing tme anymore. |

When I had toothaches, I instinctively brush my teeth as many times as possible in a day. Funny, but I had the notion that if I brush my teeth a lot the pain would go away. But when we grow older, and a little wiser, we learned that it will not cure the pain but just irritates the gums. Though, I believe that brushing really helps protect our gums and teeth from getting the plaques and the accumulation of germs. Since then, I normally brush my teeth at least twice or thrice a day.

It is my habit since I was a kid....to brush two times a day....
First thing in the morning that I do is to thoroughly brush my teeth. I do not prefer any bed tea as I find it rather ugly to gulp down something at the very start of the day..without cleaning or rinsing your mouth of bad breadth accumulated the whole night. I also undertake cleaning my teeth as the last activity of the day.....Since at night, the mouth remains shut continuously for a longer period of time, I do not want any residue to remain there in my mouth to play havoc with my root canals... Regards, Walker |

Its been taught to me since young to brush my teeth twice a day and instinctively, it has already become a habit for me up till now to brush my teeth twice a day. I floss my teeth occasionally too. I've also started cleaning my tongue regularly since it had been told that alot of germs are collated on our tongue and its good to clean our tongue to prevent bad breathe.

I do brush my teeth after every meal. I believe that is the correct way to go. The only exceptions would be when I am eating out or at the office. In that case, I will brush as soon as I reach home. In addition to brushing, daily flossing your teeth is also necessary.

Twice most days, but I don't like feeling anything on my teeth and I have very sensitive teeth so I brush them more several days a week.
Usually it is a morning night routine. If I am near my brush in the afternoon I will do a lunchtime brush. I do rinse several times throughout the day though no matter what I am doing or if I have a brush or paste available. |

I only brush twice a day (during the morning and before bed) After all that’s what the dentist has recommended right?
It’s important to take care of your teeth. Fake teeth won’t be the same as the real one. They seem troublesome too :p |

I brush my teeth at least twice a day - having rotten teeth like those that don't brush their teeth seems extremely painful to me. Plus I doubt the girls find a guy with bad breath, rotting gum, and brown teeth to be a good thing when looking for an awesome guy to walk with her in life.
I also think it would be difficult to find a job when you work with rotting teeth. |

It is not good to brush your teeth more than twice a day because the more you brush your teeth the more the enamel wears out and the more the enamel wears out, the more you suffer from dental problems. Just practice rinsing in between and you will be fine.

it is necessary to brush your teeth once in every 12 hours. once in the morning when you wake up and second, before going to sleep. surely it will keep your teeth healthy and at place and will ensure their normal growth

Once in the morning after breakfast and then once before i go to sleep. Sometimes I'll brush if i have particularly smelly food but normally I'll have some gum. I thought more than two to three times was bad for your teeth, that it started to wear them away.

Brushing twice is a very good habit. And you have to brush after you take some food so that the foods don't stay in your tooth too long. So brush daily, brush twice, have a beautiful smile and keep that in your mouth.

I brush about two times a day maximum and one time a day minimum.
I actually brush once I wake up early in the morning. It makes my mouth fresh and gives a great feeling. The first thing I always do after waking up is brushing my teeth At night before sleeping, it depends on my mood whether I want to brush or not. In that case, About two of every three nights, I brush and then sleep. |

I brush about 2 times a day and I have to say I have pretty much the whitest teeth in my whole class. I usually brush when I wake up and when I go to sleep. If I don't brush two times a day I feel really dirty at that feeling drives me insane, but yeah I guess I should really stop brushing so hard because every few times I brush too hard and I start bleeding from my gums and that just sucks.

I brush twice a day, feel very uncomfortable if I don't do it at night. After brushing at night, you wake up the next morning feeling as fresh as you never slept. Its quite splendid to brush at night!

Although it takes some time, I usually try to brush my teeth twice in a day. But sometimes three times and when I'm occupied just once per day. The hour most important to brush the teeth takes place the night before you sleep. If you put the brush of T the bacteria in your mouth will complete their work while you are about to sleep and also I usually floss after each of the meals to clean the very small sectors which are not easily possible by the brush with teeth.
