Thumbs up How do you exercise to maintain a good health?

In order to keep our body and mind fresh and fit and to stay away from health problems, one need to exercise everyday. I do more than 10 pullups over a fixed rod everyday . That help me in building shoulder muscles and for growing child , this will help in growing height. Besides this, I do walking and sometimes jogging in evening hours.
How do you exercise to maintain a good health???

I'm afraid to say that I do little exercise other than what I'd do in the course of a normal day anyway. I do a lot of walking and a lot of gardening, which can be quite hard work so must have some exercise value. I do some cycling, but like to keep on the flat. It would probably help if I tried a few hills once in a while.
