Natural exfoliation for your body
You only have few weeks to prepare your body for the holiday. And if you want to be a true star of the beach, then you should grant extra attention to your skin. You can do this cheaply and efficiently using the 3 home-made recipes for natural exfoliation.
You can use as basis for exfoliating brown sugar, refined salt, or coffee.
1. For proper exfoliating hands
With oats and lemon juice you will get hands softer, perfectly hydrated and more uniform pigmentation.
You need:
* 3 tablespoons oatmeal
* 3 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
Add oats in a bowl. Put 2-3 spoonfuls of water and mix well, then add lemon juice and oil.
Apply to hands and rub vigorously. If you need you can also add a teaspoon of oil.
Then clean with warm water.
2. Exfoliating foot
Prepared with brown sugar, this is perfect for removing dead skin cells from your feet. Your skin will remain bright, fresh and soft.
You need:
* 1 / 2 cup of brown sugar
* 120 ml almond oil
* 3 drops of mandarin oil
* 2 drops patchouli oil
* 2 drops of lavender oil
Mix all ingredients and if you do not believe that the texture is right, you may add some almond oil. When the mixture has gained desired texture, apply on legs and rub vigorously, removing all impurities.
Then clean with warm water.
3. Exfoliating Body
You can use brown sugar to exfolia and other areas of your body such as elbows or behind, to get a tan and to have a much softer skin.
You need:
* 1 / 2 cup of brown sugar
* 120 ml almond oil
* 1 drop of lemon oil
* 3 drops bergamot oil
* 1 drop of basil oil
Mix ingredients to form a cream and rub the concerned area.
Then clean with warm water.
Before trying this, make sure you are not allergic to any of ingredients indicated above.
