Have you ever experienced urinary problems?

Couple of weeks ago I had one, I went to toilet every half an hour and it is so uncomfortable.
After searching on internet, I found that it is called urinary tract infection.
The possible treatment is to drink more water and do not always wait to go to the toilet. There are other medicinal stuffs that is suggested also.
Fortunately I recovered slowly in about 5 days, and now I always drink enough water to avoid having this kind of disease anymore.
Anyone have similar experiences?

I've never had a urinary tract infection but my sister suffers from them from time to time and she drinks cranberry juice and then about two days later shes fine.

Just pay attention if you go this route if it happens again because some cranberry juices are only like 5 -10 percent juice and you want a 100 percent cranberry juice if the taste is a little storng you can try mixing it with sprite or 7up.
