what do you prefer only exercises or exercises with breathing patterns ????

discuss..

many people practice only exercises, but certain people practice exercise with breathing patterns, for example: while doing exercise take deep breath and while relaxation empty whole amount of air, while many hold their breath while doing exercise..

my opinion is doing exercise with breathing patterns.. what do you think?

yes exercises with breathing patterns are really beneficial to health....
such exercises are not only for body but they exercise our respiratory systems too...
they increase our lung capacity.
the tidal volume increases and the dead space in lung can be emptied by such breathing patterns...
so pure oxygenated blood circulation in the body increases with such exercises..
rhythm of exercise and breathing pattern is created which is very beneficial..
so overall i say not only exercise but exercise with breathing patterns are useful...

One thing i suggest you to keep in mind is that the breathing speed and pattern while doing any exercise automatically changes from the normal structure.

That is because while exercise, the flow of blood and number of respiration beats increase which do not adjust with the normal body and so you breathe faster.

Still if you are trying to manage some breathing habits with different patterns while doing exercise, keep sure that you don't do any hard exercises when changing the pattern of breathing, as this may effect your lungs.

Exercise with breathing pattern -- correct breathing pattern -- always benefits you. I am a student of Yogoda Satsang Society of India, and we do many yogic exercises that activates energy in various body parts. These exercises have definite breathing pattern built into them. I always feel very energetic while doing those exercises and these have a very long effect on the body and mind. I believe that without those complete exercises, I wouldn't have experienced the ultimate relaxation sensation. Correct breathing pattern builds a lot of helpful energies.
