Eat Natural - avoid the preservatives in your foods
For the past three months I have been preparing all of my foods from scratch and WOW what an amazing difference in my health! I even grind my own beans and grains to make flour. At first it took me forever to make a single meal, but now I've got it down to less than half the time by using little tricks.
Anyone else out there swearing off all of the preservatives in our foods today? Have you noticed a difference in how you feel now that you are eating foods you prepare yourself from fresh fruits, vegetables and grains?
