I have many tips that I use myself when dieting or losing weight. I like to drink water, eat alot of broth soups, eat low calorie cereal. I enjoy drinking calorie free beverages. I work out an hour and a half per day and it works well for me. I cut out sugar and replace with sugar free or sweeteners. I also like alot of vegetarian foods and I take vitamins.

This is a very good way of going about losing weight Susan! If people didn't know, most sugars turn themselves into carbohydrates, which end up turning into fat if not used correctly. The average consumption of sugar per human is also far too much for the average person to burn off/use correctly. Sugar-free all the way!
